It seems this winter nearly all of my brook trout fishing trips have had bad luck attached between access, snowmobile issues a it seems I have been destined for failure each time.
I went out with a couple friends yesterday to try a remote Brooktrout lake that is stocked with a good numbers.
It was a bit of an expedition getting to the lake and within 30 feet of driving on the lake my friends machine got hopelessly buried in the slush like I've never see there was mountains of snow and a whore a thick layer of slush and water beneath that was disaster for the machine.
After some serious effort to get the machine and slay out of there we headed to another lake that was unfortunately unsuccessful. Still a nice day to go out for a ride!
