Headed west last week to Wyoming for an Antelope hunt. Hunted with Trophy Ridge Outfitters (www.trophyridgeoutfitters.com) in Carlile, Wyoming. A Western hunt has been a dream for years, and finally made it happen. It was an incredible experience and an absolutely amazing hunt. Saw hundreds of Antelope, had lots of excitement and close calls and ended up harvesting a beauty of an Antelope during an epic spot n stalk hunt. What a thrill, can't wait to return!

Been a good year for grouse and I've been killing some with my Athens. What a blast!  Got out with our family group on thanksgiving weekend for moose opener. First year ever with no moose tags. Unsuccessfully did some calf hunting. Had a good time, saw a few deer and shot lots of birds. No calves. Still a great week in the woods!  Had a few nice bucks appear on cameras so figured was a good time to go sit in my blind. Saw a doe and a fawn one night but no shooter buck yet.
