Upgraded the optics on my 270 WSM, to start getting into the long range game. Put the Vortex Strike Eagle 4-18x44 on it, and love it! Played around in a cut out to 300 testing things out, and shot a couple does during the moose hunt. Looking forward to stretching it out this winter! Should be the ultimate long range whitetail and Wyoming Antelope rig!

This fall was a bit of a dofferent fall for me, with the addition of a baby girl to our family late September! I was lucky enough to get to moose camp in october, and have mama and baby join me for the week!
We had a great week, with my dad filling our cow tag opening day. We spent the rest of the week relaxing, exploring, hunting deer and grouse. We weren't hunting in great whitetail country, but found a pocket of deer, and i managed to fill 2 additional antlerless tags. Great week with friends & family!
