Brought my dad out with me today, and headed out again chasing trout, looking for big brookies and lakers. We started pitching mighty mitch and jungle joe jigflies for Brook Trout, and got some beauties.
We then setup the downriggers and trolled around for lake trout, and landed 8 solid lakers in a couple hours, with the biggest around 20#, some serious action! Only bad part of the day was that we couldn't get a lake trout small enough for the grill, bad problem!
